Interlock Bricks in Mayiladuthurai -

GPM Interlock Bricks

Mud block is a concept which employs a form of Concrete produced using soil, cement and water. The initial concept of developing Mud-block was to incorporate both the strength and durability of concrete into mud-based constructions to introduce a low-cost, load-bearing wall system with easy construction techniques which ensured indoor comfort while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Here the fraction of soil is fulfilling the role of aggregate in the material and low quantities of cement will act as a stabilizer. Precisely the usable gravel range and the gravel percentage governs the compressive strength of the material.

We support local entrepreneurs and poor communities to build low-cost, earthquake resistant and eco-friendly houses.

High-quality interlockingbricks are made of cement, sand and Stone dust mixed together in appropriateproportions. The required materials are batched and mixed proportionately. Oncethe required mix is prepared, it is then compressed to form bricks withdesirable interlocking patterns. The compression is achieved by using a hydrauliccompression system. The bricks are then subjected to curing for about 7 days.

High-quality interlockingbricks are mixed together in appropriate proportions by cement, sand and stonedust. The required ingredients are compiled and mixed in proportion. Once therequired composition is prepared, it is compressed to form bricks withdesirable interlocking shapes. Compression can be achieved by using a hydrauliccompression system.
