Responsibilities include: -Coordinate drawing sets, interiors schedules, generate specifications -Develop and maintain timelines and goals -Strategically plan scope and layout of projects -Develop and maintain library of furniture selections, products and finishes -Maintain relationships with current vendors and review new products
Qualities we’re looking for: -Highly organized -Collaborative work approach but can also work independently -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong presentation skills -Fluent in AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop, but happy with a marker and trace -Passion for and fluency with diverse styles -Ability to meet changing schedules and deadlines -A stickler for details
Education and Experience: -BA in Architecture or Interior Design -Minimum 5 years’ experience; some hospitality/retail experience preferred but not required.
